Qualifications:
Active SLPA license and CDE (Colorado Department of Education) credentials required
Previous experience in a school environment preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
Compassionate approach with children and adolescents
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
Key Responsibilities: Assist supervising SLPs with the implementation of individualized student therapy plans
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services as directed
Support data collection and progress monitoring
Prepare materials and resources for speech therapy sessions
Participate in team meetings and support IEP documentation as needed
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
