Job description
Make a meaningful impact supporting students in grades 6-12 as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant during a maternity leave coverage opportunity. Starting August 27th, 2026, and continuing through November 27th, 2026, this contract position welcomes passionate professionals who thrive in collaborative school settings. Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Wisconsin
Prior experience with school-aged populations, especially secondary grades, is advantageous
Familiarity with delivering direct and indirect speech and language interventions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language support services to students in grades 6-12 according to IEPs and program goals
Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and school staff to implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain clear and timely documentation as required
Deliver therapy sessions within an engaging, supportive school environment
