Job description
Step into an impactful role as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting K-12 students for the full school year. Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
Recent experience providing speech therapy services in schools
Proficiency working with diverse K-12 student populations
Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working closely with educators and families
Ability to adapt therapy to individual student needs and deliver evidence-based interventions
Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with a range of communication needs
Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on student goals
Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and parents
Stay current on best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
