Job description

Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
Previous experience delivering individualized and group speech/language therapy in a school environment preferred
Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
Excellent organization and time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
Design and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals
Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and school administrators
Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
Provide guidance and resources to families to support students' communication at home
Participate in professional development as needed to stay current with best practices
