Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language challenges
Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's needs
Lead engaging speech and language therapy sessions, both on-site and via teletherapy platforms
Track and thoroughly document progress toward treatment objectives
Work closely with educators, other therapists, and health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
Actively involve families, providing guidance and education to maximize therapy outcomes
Ideal Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Current state licensure or eligibility for Indiana licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic
Ability to manage responsibilities both independently and within a team dynamic
