What We're Looking For:
Valid SLP-CCC certification and active state licensure
Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers
Commitment to cultivating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning atmosphere
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Provide direct therapy within the school setting, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and progress reviews
Educate and consult with staff and family members to support each child's progress
Foster a positive, encouraging climate that helps students reach their fullest potential
