Job description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Capacity to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Compassion for students and commitment to their progress
Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
Conduct assessments and document student progress
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
Participate in team meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
Help foster a supportive and positive learning environment
