What you'll bring:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Openness to supervising SLPAs for select placements
Commitment to supporting students from ASAP through the end of the school year
Your day-to-day responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders at elementary and secondary levels
Develop and deliver IEP-driven therapy, progress monitoring, and student assessments
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
Supervise and mentor SLPAs, as needed
Maintain timely, thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
