Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments
Demonstrated commitment to comprehensive documentation and care coordination
Primary Responsibilities: Complete in-depth evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Deliver speech and language therapy sessions targeting IEP goals and student needs
Diligently monitor, track, and document student progress
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Educate and involve families throughout the intervention process to maximize outcomes
