Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among K-12 students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and services provided
Engage with educators, staff, and families to support student development and progress
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
