Job description

In this onsite role, you'll deliver services across a varied caseload-elementary, middle, and high school students-making a real impact throughout the academic year.

Qualifications/Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CCC-SLP credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
At least 1 year of experience in a school-based setting preferred
Experience with diverse caseloads including elementary, middle, and high school populations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports consistent with district and regulatory requirements
Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to deliver comprehensive student support
Provide therapy through evidence-based practices, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
Support communication and self-advocacy skills to promote academic success
This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution within a supportive school environment. The assignment runs from the end of August 2026 through early June 2027, with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours a week and a manageable, diverse caseload.
