Job description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., most likely serving a high school caseload. You'll play a critical role in helping students develop their communication abilities, working alongside a collaborative team of educators and professionals.
Desired Qualifications:
Active SLP licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered)
Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve positive outcomes
