Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic school setting. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
Previous experience in a school environment is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Core Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students ages pre-K through 12
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech/language needs
Provide direct therapy services, working in both individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support academic and communication success
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
