Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current SLP state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
Recent experience providing SLP services in a K-12 school setting
Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Competency in data management and documentation for IEPs and progress reports
What You'll Do: Conduct evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote student growth
Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to foster continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment, and compliance requirements
