Ideal candidates will bring:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
State licensure as required for school-based practice
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Ability to work with a diverse student population
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
Your daily responsibilities will include: Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
Providing direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations for student support
Staying current on best practices and continuing your professional development
