Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid California SLP licensure or eligibility
CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, ideally at the high school level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
Commitment to supporting each student's academic and personal growth
Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to high school students
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
Develop and maintain IEPs, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as needed
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff for comprehensive student care
Participate in meetings and provide professional input as a member of the multidisciplinary team
Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Engage students in motivating, evidence-based therapy activities
