Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Maryland licensure and relevant certifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Experience with school-based therapy and IEP processes is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
Role Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 22 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication challenges
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per district guidelines
Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
