Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting student communication skills in a vibrant elementary school setting. This role focuses on providing speech-language pathology services for a spring maternity leave, starting April 5 and continuing through the end of the school year. There's flexibility for full-time or four-day work weeks, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balanced schedule. In-person SLPs ready to start even sooner are encouraged to share their availability-your expertise is needed!

What You'll Bring:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

School-based experience strongly preferred

Solid communication and documentation abilities

Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, families, and other professionals

In This Role, You Will: Deliver direct therapy services to elementary-aged students as specified in IEPs

Evaluate communication, language, and speech disorders

Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based treatment plans

Document student progress and maintain accurate compliance records

Participate in IEP meetings and consult with staff on student needs

Adapt strategies to meet diverse student populations
