Job description
Make a meaningful impact supporting students' growth and development in a collaborative educational setting. Multiple Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunities are available, including full-time roles covering maternity leaves, a school-year commitment, and a flexible part-time option near Navarre, FL. Both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state license or eligibility (CFs welcomed)
Holds a CCC or is a Clinical Fellow
Passionate about working with K-12 students
Skilled communicator, engaging with students, educators, and families
Collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to the school community
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver speech therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
Maintain accurate records and document services provided
Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely input
Adapt interventions to meet unique communication needs of each child
Provide mentorship or guidance for Clinical Fellows as appropriate
