Job description
Step into a vital role supporting elementary-aged students through your expertise in speech-language pathology. This contracted opportunity allows for both onsite and remote (VOCO) service delivery, enabling you to make a difference in the format that best fits your strengths. Provide essential evaluation, intervention, and therapy services to a caseload of approximately 90 students, helping them gain confidence and communication skills that set the stage for lifelong success.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
Strong skills in administering and interpreting speech/language assessments
Comfortable managing a caseload of 90 elementary-aged students
Ability to implement both onsite and teletherapy (VOCO) services as needed
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in-person or via teletherapy platforms
Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student achievement
