Job description
Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist within a school-based setting. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Previous experience providing therapy in a K-12 school environment preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion
Role Responsibilities: Provide diagnostic assessments for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy for students in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and offer expert recommendations
Support a positive and inclusive school environment
