Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
Experience in school settings or teletherapy platforms preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to fostering student progress at all learning levels
Role Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and design treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
Deliver therapy sessions both individually and in groups
Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to develop IEPs and monitor progress
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation as required by school and state regulations
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and mentorship programs
