School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Quincy, Massachusetts
Make a difference in students lives as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist during the upcoming school year. You'll provide critical support to high school students, helping them build communication and academic success within an energetic, supportive educational environment. This contract role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse student population and collaborate with educators who are passionate about student growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high school caseload and deliver individualized and group speech therapy services
Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals aligned with student needs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:40am to 2:00pm, providing structure and stability for your work-life balance.
