What we're seeking:
Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
SLP-CCC strongly encouraged, though clinical fellows (CFY) are warmly considered
Experience working in a school setting is desirable but not required
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to build relationships with students, families, and educational professionals
Your responsibilities will include: Assessing and identifying students with speech and language disorders
Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
Facilitating group and individual therapy sessions
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create effective support strategies
Documenting progress and communicating outcomes with parents and educators
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student evaluations
