Desired Background:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
State licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Washington
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
Experience in school-based settings preferred; open to talented new graduates with strong clinical acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, teachers, and parents
Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and implement evidence-based speech and language interventions for students according to IEPs
Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication, fluency, and social pragmatic skills
Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
Document progress, maintain organized records, and participate in meetings as required
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive
