Job description
Make a meaningful impact providing speech-language pathology services in a school-based contract role near Sunnyvale, CA. This opportunity allows you to support students' communication development and academic growth within a collaborative and encouraging environment. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution
Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
Proficiency in assessments, IEP development, and implementing therapeutic interventions
Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively across diverse student needs and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
Develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in group and individual formats
Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and student progress reviews
Maintain accurate and timely records and progress documentation
