What We're Looking For:
Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in California or eligibility for licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants welcome
Experience or strong interest in school-based settings serving PreK to 12th-grade students
Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices (a plus, but not required)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic, team-focused environment
Commitment to supporting diverse learners in educational growth and speech/language development
Your Role Will Include: Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to cultivate student progress
Documenting services and progress in alignment with district and state guidelines
Engaging in team meetings and supporting school-wide initiatives to further student well-being
