Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Active state licensure or eligibility in North Carolina
Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
Strong diagnostic, evaluation, and therapy skills
Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Passion for working with children and advocating for their needs
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students

Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both individually and in small groups

Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with all state and federal guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations for service delivery
Provide consultation and resource support to school staff as needed
