Philadelphia, PA | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM | 6-Month Contract
What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead the development and oversight of behavior programs across 3–4 classrooms. You’ll work hands-on with students and train staff to deliver effective, compassionate interventions that foster growth, independence, and success.
Your day-to-day will include:
Designing and implementing function-based interventions and behavior plans
Coaching teachers and teaching assistants on ABA strategies
Observing students and tracking progress toward IEP goals
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—teachers, therapists, and families—to ensure every student thrives
Supporting students with complex behavioral needs using the most effective, least restrictive approaches
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
BCBA certification (or board-eligible with required practicum hours complete)
2–5 years of experience providing and supervising ABA-based services
Skilled in supporting individuals with autism spectrum and developmental disorders
A collaborative, proactive professional who leads with empathy and evidence-based practice
