Job description
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a School Counselor to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional skill building in a highly specialized, small-class environment. You will collaborate closely with teachers, behavior specialists, related service providers, and families to develop and implement IEP goals, behavior support plans, and transition plans. This mission-driven position includes robust clinical support, training, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, student-focused team.
