Job description
School Crossing Guard (Multiple Openings) Location: College Station, Texas Pay $16.00 per hour School Crossing Guards work before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Typical schedules are 1.5 - 2 DAILY HOURS per day. Candidates working both assigned shifts receive additional paid bonus time. School Crossing Guards help students travel safely to and from school while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule with weekends, school holidays, and summer breaks off. What You'll Do
nnnAssist students and pedestrians at designated crossings
n
nnHelp maintain safe traffic flow near schools
n
nnRemain alert to changing traffic conditions
n
nnCommunicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers
n
nnFollow all company safety procedures
n
n nQualifications
nnnMust be at least 18 years old
n
nnReliable and punctual
n
nnComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
nnAble to stand during scheduled shifts
n
nnStrong communication and observation skills
n
nnApplicants living in or near College Station may be better suited for the scheduled shift times
n
n nSchedule Expectations This is a very part-time position with split shifts before and after school. Because this position follows the local school calendar, there are no scheduled shifts during weekends, school holidays, or summer break. Why Join ACMS?
