POSITION: Crossing Guard - Weld Re-8 Schools (regular position - part-time).
HOURLY RATE RANGE: wage range$ /hour. Training provided - great job for retirees or stay at home parents looking for part-time work.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
Experience working in school setting or with school age children preferred
Experience, CPR and first aid training a plus, however, we will train;
Must be dependable, reliable and conscientious in regards to student safety.
Must be able to work in various weather and traffic conditions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATION: All positions open until filled.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Assignment starting date is flexible - as soon as possible is preferred.
Position is for 173 days per school year - approx. 1-4 hours/day, 5 days week, following the school calendar and school dismissal times.
All contracts/agreements for employment of personnel shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Education.
No smoking is allowed in any Weld County School District Re 8 buildings.
Selected applicant must comply with the District's Drug-Free Workplace policy.
