Job OpportunitySchool Custodian / Cleaning Associate – Cooper City, FL Pay Rate: $550 per pay period Schedule: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Location: Cooper City, FL Employment Type: Part-TimeAbout the Opportunity:Ark Resource Group is currently recruiting for a dependable School Custodian / Cleaning Associate for a middle school facility located in Cooper City, Florida. This position is ideal for someone with previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience who is comfortable working independently and operating floor-cleaning equipment. The selected candidate will be responsible for helping maintain classrooms, hallways, common areas, and other assigned areas of the facility in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.Responsibilities:Operate floor-cleaning equipment as assignedVacuum carpeted areasSweep and mop floorsClean classrooms, hallways, common areas, and assigned spacesEmpty trash and replace linersClean and sanitize frequently touched surfacesMaintain assigned cleaning supplies and equipmentFollow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelinesReport maintenance concerns or damaged equipment when identifiedComplete assigned cleaning areas within the scheduled shiftQualifications:Previous custodial, janitorial, commercial cleaning, or school cleaning experienceExperience using commercial floor-cleaning machinesGood attention to detailAbility to work with limited supervisionReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsEmployer Offers:Part-time evening scheduleConsistent cleaning assignment$550 per pay periodEstablished evening working hoursOpportunity to work in a professional school environmentCandidate Support:Ark Resource Group assists qualified candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.
