nKRE Security, LLC is hiring School Event Security Officers for seasonal school events throughout Fleetwood, Leesport, and surrounding areas.
nEvent schedules vary, and we are looking for dependable individuals who want the flexibility to pick up shifts when they are available. Some assignments may provide steady work throughout the season based on client needs and your availability.

nWHAT DOES A SECURITY OFFICER DO?
nResponsibilities may include:
nMaintain a visible, professional security presence
nMonitor entrances, exits, and designated areas
nAssist with crowd management and pedestrian flow
nCheck credentials, tickets, or access points when required
nHelp enforce event policies and safety procedures
nProvide directions and professional assistance to guests
nMonitor for unusual or suspicious activity
nReport safety concerns, incidents, or policy violations
nRespond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
nComplete required activity or incident reports
nFollow instructions from KRE supervisors, clients, and event management
nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
nWe're looking for people who are:
nDependable and punctual
nProfessional and comfortable working with the public
nAble to work around crowds and busy environments
nAble to stand and walk for extended periods
nComfortable working evenings, weekends, and varying event schedules
nCalm and professional when things get busy
nAble to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
nPrevious experience in security, military, law enforcement, customer service, hospitality, or event work is helpful but not required.
nIMPORTANT SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS
nBecause these positions may involve working in Pennsylvania school environments, applicants must meet all applicable employment, licensing, client, and school requirements and successfully complete required pre-employment screening, clearances, and state-mandated training.
nPlease be aware: Under Pennsylvania's Private Detective Act of 1953, certain criminal convictions may make an individual ineligible for security work. Felony convictions and certain misdemeanor convictions can be automatic disqualifiers. Eligibility is subject to applicable Pennsylvania law and the required licensing/background review.
nApplicants should understand that meeting KRE's general employment requirements does not guarantee eligibility for every school assignment. Additional school-specific clearances, training, and client requirements may apply.
nFLEXIBLE SEASONAL WORK
nThis is school event work, so assignments and hours will vary based on client needs. The more availability you have, the more opportunities you may have to pick up shifts.
