Job description
School Nurse
Provide comprehensive nursing care to students with health needs, injuries, and illnesses through assessments and first aid administration. Administer medications according to prescribed protocols and nursing standards while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Organize and maintain confidential student health files including immunizations. Coordinate student care and communicate with families, healthcare providers, and school staff to ensure continuity of care and support student health outcomes. Serve as a trusted health resource and liaison between students, families, school personnel, and external healthcare systems to support academic success and overall well-being.
Experience with providing medical care and working with school age children.
