Overview
nHealthPro Pediatrics is looking for a 1:1 School Nurse to join our school team in Covington, GA ! Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a consistent schedule working with pediatrics?
nnWhat We Offer:
n W-2 position: LPN starts at $30/hr+ | RN starts at $40/hr+

nResponsibilities
n Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ health and wellness.
Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for nursing services
Provide nursing services through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA’s code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s
n nQualifications
n Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia
At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or public health)
School experience preferred
Seizure and respiratory experience required
