Job description
Step into a rewarding opportunity providing essential care as a school LVN this summer. You'll play a vital role in supporting a middle school-aged student, offering homebound services on a contract basis. This position spans from now through July, making a meaningful impact during the summer session.

Qualifications & Experience:
Active and current LVN/LPN license in California
Previous experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations, especially in school settings
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with students and families
Comfortable working independently within a home environment
Familiarity with IEPs, care plans, and collaborating with school staff is a plus
Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate nursing services to a middle school student as outlined in the care plan
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support daily health needs
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all care provided
Communicate regularly with educational staff and parents to ensure the student's well-being
Adapt to the evolving needs of the student and any changes in care directives
