Description: School Nurse at Highland High School
Applicant must be willing to:
Serve as a liaison and resource to the students, faculty and community on health related issues
Implement the health regulations, policies and procedures of the school district, Department of Public Health and Department of Education
Administer prescribed medication to students according to policy
Perform skilled nursing procedures in a safe, competent and effective manner
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
Other nursing duties as assigned may be necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and licensed Registered Nurse (RN), BSN preferred. Other professional nursing qualifications may be considered.
Salary:
Long Term Sub = $180/day
