RN - School-Based Nurse Pipeline - Western, MA Area
nPay: $48-$53/hr DOE
nWeekly Pay - Flexible Scheduling - School-Based Opportunities - Up to $300 Onboarding Bonus
nMaxim Healthcare Services is actively building a pipeline of qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for upcoming school-based opportunities throughout Western Massachusetts. We partner with local school districts to provide skilled nursing support for students and are seeking nurses interested in future school placements. New graduates are welcome to apply.
nPosition Highlights
nFlexible scheduling based on district and student needs
nFull-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available
nWeekly pay
nSchool-based assignments throughout Western Massachusetts
nOne-on-one student care and health office opportunities
nPaid training and ongoing clinical support
nResponsibilities
nProvide skilled nursing care to students in educational settings
nAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school protocols
nMonitor students with chronic and acute health conditions
nRespond to health concerns and emergency situations during the school day
nMaintain accurate health records and nursing documentation
nCollaborate with school personnel, families, and healthcare providers to support student success
nAssist with student healthcare plans and individualized health needs
nQualifications
nCurrent RN license in Massachusetts
nCurrent Health Certificate
nCurrent PPD or Chest X-Ray
nCurrent BLS certification
nPediatric, school nursing, or related clinical experience preferred but not required
