Job description
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students by making a real difference as an Occupational Therapist for the school year. This full-time, school-based contract role is conveniently located near Bel Air, MD, with hours Monday through Friday totaling 37.5 hours per week. You'll have the chance to work in a collaborative educational environment, helping students overcome barriers and achieve their fullest potential.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Occupational Therapist license or certification in Maryland
Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred
Comfort working onsite with elementary through high school-aged students
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Document progress and provide input for IEP meetings
Offer consultative support to staff for classroom modifications and adaptive strategies
This position provides guaranteed hours for both direct services and indirect duties, with start in August 2026 and potential for extension or even permanent placement.
