Job description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan
Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings preferred
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services per student IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student participation
Document student progress and maintain compliance with all school and regulatory requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Share expertise and recommendations to help create inclusive learning environments
