Job description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Occupational Therapy license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience is highly valued
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs
Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions geared toward enhancing students' academic access and functional skills
Maintain clear documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive outcomes
Participate in IEP meetings and share insights to develop student-centered goals and strategies
