Job description
Bring your passion for helping students to a dynamic educational setting as a school-based Occupational Therapist on a contract basis. Located near Everett, WA, this rewarding opportunity allows you to make a positive impact by supporting children's independence, academic achievement, and overall well-being within the school environment.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington, or eligibility for licensure
Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational or pediatric settings preferred
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with educators, families, and other related service personnel
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school setting
Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and interpret results to determine students' needs and progress
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
Offer training and strategies to school staff and families to generalize therapeutic outcomes
Stay current on best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here . This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
