Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract Occupational Therapist in a dynamic school-based setting near Fishers, Indiana. Key Qualifications:
Valid Indiana Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions

Primary Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
