Job description

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled OT in a welcoming educational environment near Kent, WA. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to develop and implement IEPs and other therapy plans
Commitment to supporting diverse learners and creating an inclusive environment
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings
Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group OT services to students according to IEP goals
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
Document services, maintain records, and comply with state and federal requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team consultations
Provide guidance on adaptive equipment, sensory strategies, and classroom modifications

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here . This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
