Job description
Make an immediate impact supporting students as a contract occupational therapist for a part-time leave position covering evaluations and COTA supervision through late November. Located near Lebanon, OH, this role focuses on collaborating with a dedicated team to help elementary and middle school students reach their fullest potential.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for elementary and middle school students
Provide effective supervision and support to COTAs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to develop and implement IEPs
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
Help students enhance their participation in academic, social, and functional school activities
Communicate clearly with all team members to ensure consistent, high-quality OT services
Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
Current ODE certification
School-based experience or a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents
Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and supervise delegated staff
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
