Job description

Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Current and active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Arizona
Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and contribute to a diverse educational environment
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans appropriate for a school-aged population
Deliver direct therapy services to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student progress and participation
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards
Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise on student accommodations and modifications
Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to best practices within school-based OT
