Job description

This full-time contract position near Osseo, MN provides an exciting opportunity to cover a maternity leave and transition seamlessly into a full-time replacement, ensuring continuity of care and support for students throughout the school year.
Starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the academic year, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team committed to student well-being and educational success. Your day-to-day will be filled with meaningful interactions and diverse cases, all within a supportive school environment focused on student progress.
What we're looking for:
Active and valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist License
Solid grasp of occupational therapy concepts for school-based settings
Prior experience in school environments highly preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Adaptability in managing diverse caseloads and varying student needs
Key responsibilities: Deliver evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions for students PreK-12
Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing educational goals
Document student progress and maintain detailed, accurate records
Provide consultative support to teachers and staff regarding classroom modifications and adaptive strategies
Foster inclusive environments that promote student independence and participation
