School Occupational Therapist (OT)

nThe Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnCurrent licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the Stateof practice
n
nnOne (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapyexperience preferred
n
nnComplies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
n
