Job description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapist license for California
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities: Assess students' capabilities and needs, recommending and implementing individualized therapy plans
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' educational and functional goals
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation of interventions and progress
Offer recommendations and strategies for classroom modifications or adaptive equipment when needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
